Arturo Langa is a Consultant Psychiatrist in the NHS in Scotland and has held senior clinical management roles. An experienced Non-executive Director, previously Arturo sat on the Board of Turning Point Scotland where he was also Chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee. Currently, Arturo serves as a Non-executive Director on the Board of NHS National Services Scotland, where he is also the Whistleblowing Champion.
A member of the General Medical Council and the Royal College of Psychiatrists, Arturo is also an Editor of a long-established international journal and sits on the Editorial Boards of several leading healthcare and education-related journals.
Arturo is a lay member of the University Court, appointed on 1 October 2019.
